Returns & Exchanges

As our jewellery is carefully handcrafted, returns are only accepted if your item is damaged when delivered.

Damaged Items – How to Request a Return

If your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us – Tell us about the damage and provide the required details.
2. Receive Instructions – We will provide a prepaid shipping label and return instructions.
3. Prepare Your Return – Pack the item in its original packaging with all included materials.
4. Return & Resolution – Once we receive and inspect the item, we will start the refund or exchange process within 7 days.

Lost or Damaged Diamond Certificates

If your diamond certificate is lost or damaged, a replacement certificate can be provided for a $300 fee.
